We bought my grandfather the Camileo S30 camcorder for Christmas.  We have run into a problem.  When he records a video it will play back.  But he cannot touch the fast forward button without it freezing up.  He has to take the battery out just to turn it off.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Does he need to get a replacement or is there a simple fix?  Thanks!
