unable to connect to internet with my wireless. even when i hook it up to the router(laptop satalite l 300 series model psl c8u-03q024) it says i am connected but no connection to internet it say i am off line.( say page cannot be displayed} my router is a tp-wr740n}tp-link .tried to reset the ip address to no prevail what to do ?email with tour answer.

If both Ethernet and WiFi cannot see the Internet, there could be a problem in Windows' registry.

Try Microsoft's Fix it in both KB299357 and KB811259.
