I have gotten the Blue Screen listing system_service_exception twice in a row now. Usually occurs when running multiple internet tabs on Firefox, but no power-intensive programs except Word and/or Excel might be open.
Error screen mentioned try to disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing... before automatically rebooting... all Greek to me!! Any help? (When it DOES automatically reboot, it does so apparently fine.)
Machine is a Satellite L655-X5157 laptop running Windows 7 (64-bit). Bought early in 2011 but only in use since August 2011.
Attaching dump files after reading someone else's post. I have no idea what these are or how to read them myself though. Sigh... sorry, won't allow me to attach the files. Will try to see if can log in to windows as admin and do so subsequently.

Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Attaching dump files.. ... ..won't allow me to attach the files.
The .dmp extension is not allowed in attachments. You can zip them up so they have the .zip extension. Or you can add the .txt extension to the end.

Ok, folks, let's see if this worked... minidump files should now be attached.
Please help! Not sure if this is a major issue or minor...
Also, would like to revise my typo previously: the machine is a Satellite L655-S5157. (not 'X')
Thanks
RP

Thank you! Will try. In my 2nd post I tried just copy n paste minidump files to My Docs folder and then attached from there. Appeared to work, but not sure from your end?
Will try again here from original location/folder using your method of adding .txt to the end. Looks like I had to rename, removing .dmp and replacing with .txt, correct? Does that damage the file? Did this work? Thx.

We didn't learn much from the .dmp files.
Try reinstalling your video driver.

I've deduced that it is happening during online banking sessions with Bank of America website.
Switch to another browser for a while and see what happens.
