Ok, I bought this Toshiba Satellite L775D-S7226 and I am at my limit, trying to find out how to use the Bluetooth laptop. The laptop so far has been pretty great, but I can't figure out how to use Bluetooth. Most directions involve using the "Toshiba Assist" program, and clicking the connect category to the left; however, the "connect" category does not appear. What am I doing wrong, and how do I resolve this issue??

It's because there is no Bluetooth hardware on that model. Check the specs above. The Bluetooth stack (software) is present in case you should add Toshiba hardware. This one, for instance.
