Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite L300D - 11V laptop. I’m hoping someone can help me with this problem. Yesterday when i started my laptop up it came with a message saying there was an error with a battery, i can’t remember what is said exactly but it said press F1 to continue, so i did this and the laptop seemed to start up ok, but when i tried going on to the internet it wouldn’t allow me to access it; so i shut down the laptop hoping it would be ok when i restarted it. When i restarted the laptop i could hear the fans run and do the usual noises but nothing came up on the screen and the hard drive symbol light did not come on or flash, and after around 5 minutes the laptop switched itself off. Every time i switch on the laptop it does this now.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it, and if so any ideas on how to get it back up and running?
