Hiya,
My laptop (satellite A10-S113) has unfortunately got very old and slow. The main thing that keeps coming up is the Windows Install Wizard which always tries to install something (I don't even know what it is I'm afraid) and then crashes, and I can't use it to install anything else either. Also as soon as I connect to the internet the laptop gets ridiculously slow, and I think I must have all sorts of viruses and stuff running, but I can't install a virus programme to try to get rid of them!
I don't really know much about computers to be quite honest, but I thought restoring the laptop to its factory settings might help get rid of this (and numerous other) problems. However, I don't know how to go about it or have any of these recovery discs that I've heard mentioned.
Can anyone help me?
