Computer Troubleshooting

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this. I have an older Toshiba Satellite A100 that is having some issues. This computer was purchased around 5 years ago so there is no warranty.

Upon boot I get the windows XP loading thing then I get a blue screen that says: "Beginning dump of physical memory

Physical memory dup complete

Contact your system administratot or technical support group for further assistance."

I have the 2 origonal restore discs. When I put them in they whir in the drive then nothing happens.

Unrelated; the computer has no battery.

Any help would be very appreicated.

Which Satellite A100? There is a label on the bottom.

Which *** STOP error on the blue screen? And is a file name mentioned?

Is there a floppy drive on your system?
