I changed the position of the toolbar for webcam, didn't like it changed

it back to original position.  Next start up tool bar missing. Can not

find program file anywhere for the web cam to recover it. Help!

I have a similar problem. I closed the  camera toolbar and can't get it back. What's the answer?

   Start > All Programs > Camera Assistant Software folder > ...

After much poking around I found an answer that satisfies me:

Start => All Programs => TOSHIBA => Utilities => Webcam Application

I pinned it to my start menu.
