In my users guide for my Toshiba L355 Windows Vista Laptop,the first 3 lights stays green when the computer is on. What does the fourth light(internal storage light) do and why is it always blinking? Is there a rule against asking 2 questions. Jerry,did you mention that I could not install IE8 on my computer. Sorry I went back through the messages but could not pick it up. Thanks L355 S7905

The internal storage light blinks when the hard drive is being accessed - which is most of the time. That's perfectly normal.
