Hallo,
I am using Dell Latitude E6530 with integrated discreet graphics-card nVidia NVS 5200M with Optimus technology.
When I install the Dynadock drivers, it is not possible anymore to toggle between internal notebook-screen and external display or projector that is connected direct to the notebook (in this case Dynadock is not attached).
The Dynadock drives seems to make problems with the nVidia driver and Dells toggle function (FN+F8).
How can I solve this issue?
thanks
Marc

Toshiba USA only offers official support over the phone unfortunately.
Did you purchase the Dynadock from the US?
Do you have the part number? It should begin with a 'P'.

Hallo Peter,
this unit is from Germany: PA3927E-2PRP
Have now some more information about the issue.
The environment:
Dynadock U3.0 PA3927E-2PRP
Dell Latitude E6530 with nVidia Optimus technology and integrated Intel HD4000 and nVidia NVS5200M graphic card.
Windows 7 SP1 64bit
Latest Dynadock driver from your webpage
External Dell monitor attached via DVI direct to the Latitude E6430 notebook.
The issue:
After installing the drive for Dynadock it is not possible to toogle to "Clone" internal notebook screen with external monitor that is direct connected to notebook.
This means, if a customer use the notebook without Dynadock for presentation it is not possible to the same of internal screen and external projector / monitor.
I have attached some picture that maybe helps to understand this issue.
This issue is not happen, if Optimus is disabled. But this is not an option for customers!

I understand the concern, Marc.
However, products from different regions have slight differences, including software/driver changes. Because that's a European model, I'd recommend you contact Toshiba Europe. They have a forum as well that you might want to check.
