Blu-ray & DVD Players & Recorders

Toshiba Portable DVD Player; Model SDP93S.  When I load A DVD, I can hear it spinning; the monitor display has message "Loading" but it never finishes loading. Was working fine for over a year, then all of a sudden the disc won't load, just spins. After a while it displays message "No Valid Disc". Anyone know how I can fix this problem?  Thank You

You've tried various DVDs and all with the same result?  

I'd guess it's a dirty disc if some work and others don't but if none work and resetting (unplug and reconnect) power doesn't do the trick then I'd suspect that it's broken and will need to be repaired.
