- Turn of the computer then remove the battery and disconnect the AC adapter.
- Press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds then release it.
- Reinsert the battery and reconnect the AC adapter then turn on the computer.
After that, remove the battery then check if it will turn on without the battery. If it will not turn on, try using a different battery. If a different battery will still not work, it's possible that there is an issue with the motherboard. You can try updating BIOS but if it will not work, call Toshiba Tech Support to have you system repaired in depot or you can just go to a near ASP. By the way, try as well using a different AC adapter. Try all the possible isolation steps so that you can determine the exact problem on the computer.
