I have a Satellite P205 S6337.  I keep getting this error message. Pressing the FN+F5 keys do not help.

Unable to output the video to an external device. Please switch your display device by pressing the Fn + F5 keys after ending the application.

The message is listed on the error message page but there is no solution.  Support wants to charge me $50.00 to help.  Any ideas?

Error: Unable to output the video to an external device

While playing a video, this error message may be seen when you try to move the video player window from the primary to the secondary display.

You don't say what you're doing when the message occurs.

In any case, try updating the display driver.

   Intel Display Driver for Windows Vista (Version 7.14.10.1227 Logo - Released 05/18/07)

Apply the hotfix if you haven't.
