That's the problem in a nutshell.

The update yesterday broke a lot of the tablet. Fastboot is gone. I downloaded the rollback, but it won't work because one of the things that is now broken is service station, so I can't use it. So the tablet is screwed up after the update, and at the same time Toshiba removed the tool I need to fix it.

Any thought?

Any way to rollback and get fastboot again without service station?

Contact Toshiba customer support. They will probably have to repair/replace it for you.

You can download a copy of the downgrad OTA from here:  Official Toshiba HMJ37.31.5.0011 to HMJ37.01.5.0032 Downgrade

This is the official file and is signed by Toshiba, so you can install it via recovery.
